Peoplefirst Rehab’s proprietary, nationwide clinical information management system provides infrastructure for every major aspect of our data collection. Information transferred to a centralized database provides continuous analysis of our clinical results and is used in the successful management of our rehab programs.
Custom-designed report packages include:
- RUG report - Medicare Part A total days with start/end dates, rate, total billed
- HCPC report - Timed/untimed daily units by discipline, CPT code, treatment, diagnosis, payor
- Therapy Labor Logs - Therapy discipline hours on premise
- Therapy Service Logs - Daily discipline specific minutes, visits/patient
- 100 Day Tracker - Provides seven-day look-back period identifying most appropriate Assessment Reference Date
- Clinical Audit Tool - Facility framework for reviewing and assessing clinical compliance
- Therapy Length of Stay - Number of days/week patients received therapy, visits, discharge location
- RUG Length of Stay - Medicare Part A RUG days, total of all RUG levels, number and percent of discharge and localities
